Vivien is a Senior Advisor for the Asia Pacific Region at STS Capital Partners. Prior to joining STS Capital Partners, Vivien experienced a 35-year career in private wealth management in Asia, working across several top institutions, including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, and Chase Manhattan Bank. Vivien holds an MBA from Cass Business School, City, University of London and a BSc (Hons) degree from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. Vivien has been the Board Chair of PathFinders since 2017. Vivien is also enthusiastic in music; and advises another NGO called “More Than Musical”, whose aim is to make opera more accessible to Hong Kong’s communities.

Meena is the Senior Advisor for APAC Regulatory Affairs with Ernst and Young. Prior to that she spent over 35 years in public service including as Executive Director for Enforcement and AML Supervision in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. In the aftermath of the financial crisis she set up the HKMA’s Banking Conduct Department and introduced a raft of regulations to help financial consumers, investors and depositors. She also served as the CEO of the Deposit Protection Board and was the founding Director of the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre. Meena is a qualified lawyer and worked in the Department of Justice specialising in judicial reviews before joining HKMA ‘s Legal Office in 1995. She is a member of the Estate Agent Authority. For nearly 30 years she has been serving as the Secretary General of the Baha’i community of Hong Kong and offers regular children, adult and junior youth courses to build capacity of the participants to render service to their local communities throughout Hong Kong.

Catherine joined PathFinders as CEO in February 2019, following 7 years with Save the Children, where she worked as a consultant Project Manager for Save the Children International’s Asia Regional Office, and most recently as COO for Save the Children Hong Kong.
Prior to joining the NGO sector, Catherine worked for over a decade in communications and public affairs, latterly as an Associate Director in the International Public Affairs team at Pfizer.
Catherine earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Surrey, England. She has lived in Asia for over 10 years and has a 7 year old son and 6 year old daughter.

Carmen Lam

A licensed master social worker (LMSW) in the United States and registered social worker (RSW) in Canada and Hong Kong, Carmen started off her career as a Case Manager at a foster care agency and psychiatric rehabilitation center in U.S. To boarder her horizon, she returned to Hong Kong and served in the non-profit sector for more than a decade in helping thousands of ethnic minorities, migrant workers, refugees, asylum seekers and individuals with mental disabilities, etc. Carmen obtained her Masters in Social Work at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and BA in Social Work at Salisbury University, Maryland, USA. Prior to joining PathFinders in 2013, Carmen worked at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to manage the entire welfare program for hundreds of refugee families as a Social Counselor. She held the position of Service Development Officer under the Head of Social Services Division, Caritas Hong Kong with over 2,000 staff. She had managed hundreds of asylum-seeking cases and a shelter for minors at the International Social Service Hong Kong (ISS). She was nominated for the Immigrant Advisory Council Member at Langley Local Immigration Partnership, Canada in 2021. Carmen has extensive field experience and knowledge of the social welfare system in the United States, Canada, and Hong Kong.

Angie joined PathFinders in 2019 to kickstart the employers’ engagement initiative. Angie has spearheaded a number of new initiatives in her career; including a child advocacy service for children involved in the child protection system, as well as a family programme centre for families of the incarcerated. Ever passionate about enhancing the lives of individuals and communities – particularly the disenfranchised – Angie has worked in different roles and functions in diverse settings; from social service, community development to international development. Her vast experience also spanned from non-government to public sectors in different parts of the world. Angie brings her positive spirit, resourcefulness and creativity into every aspect of her life – be it professionally or personally. A true global citizen, Angie calls a few places home. Hong Kong is where she and her family now resides.

Kristina Zebua

Kristina rejoined PathFinders in 2019, as one of our team leaders in the Community Engagement and she was also our senior case manager back in 2012 who drove the outreach and home country programmes. She believes in building the “Community of Change and Culture of Hope ” and sees PathFinders and her current role shared that belief. Possess more than 15 years of frontline experiences with migrant workers in Hong Kong, Kristina has been developing her career focusing on migration, social and psychosocial services for migrant domestic workers (MDWs) throughout her professional roles such as in-charge of Christian Action and Mission 21 Switzerland’s joint project, providing shelters and pyschosocial supports to vulnerable MDWs, as well as one of the trainers in Enrich and CARITAS Asian Migrant Workers Social Service Project among many others. She graduated from STFT Jakarta Indonesia with final thesis focused on the stories of marginalities and spirituality of resistance. She was a member of students executive board and professor’s asisstant during her university years. She then worked in the Research, Development and Community Service Unit and was the residence master in her alma mater prior to starting her professional and life’s journey in Hong Kong.
